The classes we offer are made up of different workshops: acrobatics and artistic gymnastics, trampoline, human pyramids, juggling, balance, and aerial work.

The circus classes offered by SenCirk all share the same goal: to introduce children and young people aged 4 to 16 to circus disciplines in a spirit of joy, attentiveness, respect, and self-discovery, as well as discovery of others. Circus is a physical activity that combines agility, concentration, balance, and flexibility, helping participants develop a better awareness and understanding of their bodies. This art form also nurtures imagination and creativity in both children and adults, encouraging them to create acts and performances with the support of instructors.

The various activities offered allow each child to build self-confidence while also learning to trust others. Practicing circus also means overcoming fears, pushing one’s limits, and not being afraid to fall!

Finally, the instructors emphasize the importance of teamwork within a group and listening to one another—without which a human pyramid could not stand! Circus offers many possibilities, and its various disciplines are accessible to all, ensuring that everyone finds something that suits them.
